Third night in a row, the urn coffee tastes like a battery by 3am. What do you bring so the crew still drinks it at the tail of the night?

A second small urn started fresh at 2am. Everyone notices, nobody asks why.

Cold brew concentrate in a cooler and hot water on the side. It keeps for three nights and it forgives being ignored.
